Refund and Return Eligibility

  • Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
    • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • In the same condition as when you received it.
  • Products that have been opened, partially used, or damaged through improper use are not eligible for a refund or return.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
